Everyone loves a good drink from an Australian bar every once in a while. Patrick Leyble, Wendy Esteban and Stevie Ang moved from Melbourne back to the Philippines to open their own bar in Alabang and it did not disappoint!

The place is pretty cozy and I love that the entire outer wall of the building is black. Perfect for Instagram shots. They got a great bar full of local and international drinks but for now, let’s focus on the food, shall we? Chef Martin was kind enough to explain his inspirations for each meal.

The nachos are my personal favorite. I finished the entire thing. One of the best nachos that I have tried in the south.

The Southburger is a must-try! I love the burger patty! It was soft and juicy. The fries still taste good even after a long period of time

I could not try the prawn but the risotto was on point!

Oh it’s hard to describe this! You got to try it for yourself!

This is the bomb! It has fresh arugula and smooth ricotta cheese which is just perfect for a healthy lifestyle

It’s a bit pricey but the taste of the bone marrow was so worth it! Believe me!

The salmon was on fire! I am not a salmon kind of guy but this made me change my mind for a day.

I wanted to try something different. So instead of pancakes, I took the toast. The bomb and looks pretty dope on Instagram as well.

If you’re not sure what to try; you might want to try the chicken parmigiana. The herd rice stole the show in my opinion.

They got tons of drinks to choose from and the bartenders are so friendly. They even offered me a few drinks without me even asking.
