I love pizza because I feel like I am Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle when on I’m on my pizza mood. And what better way to eat pizza than get some inspired Italian-American pizza from the city that never sleeps?

I dropped by the Crimson Hotel and checked out the Firehouse Pizza. I was starving so I just literally focused on the food.

Firehouse with Burrata Cheese made the list for me! You can literally taste the meatballs with chili oil. It’s a bit spicy but it definitely hit the spot for me!

Garish Garvlax has vodka cured beetroot salmon, capers, spinach and Zucchini. I like how the taste of the salmon blended in with the other ingredients. One bite would definitely lead to another.

It’s kind of great that they called this pizza Time square after the famous Times Square in New York. The eggs and the olives mixed with the meatballs were just perfect Off-topic: watch the movie: The Children of Time Square. Great movie!

Overall, I had a great food experience here. They got a bunch of alcoholic drinks as well and comfy seats. I will let you guys discover it for yourself. Pro tip here is to park at Festival Mall which is on the opposite side of the road. You can easily save up on cash instead of parking in the hotel.
