Shopee’s Ultimate Case Challenge is part of their ongoing effort to upskill young tech talent
By participating in the Shopee Ultimate Case Challenge, creative Filipino students can win up to 50,000.

Shopee Philippines will introduce its first-ever Ultimate Case Challenge in August, a global business case competition open to undergraduate Filipino students. The competition’s finalists will have the opportunity to win up to 50,000. Throughout the case challenge, each team of three to four people will be required to present their own original concepts and solutions to a real-world problem that is detailed in a business case brief.
“We’re happy to encourage Filipino IT talents from all over the world by giving them opportunities to enhance their skill set,” said Karen Perez, Head of People at Shopee Philippines. We want to sharpen their analytical and process-improving abilities through the business case competition, putting them in a position to be proactive issue solvers in the quick-paced IT sector. We want to motivate the next generation of innovators who will advance the tech sector.
Teams will not only have the chance to put their skills to the test, but will also have the chance to fast-track their careers in tech through Shopee’s career development programs, which include the Apprentice Program, a specialized internship program, and the Global Leaders Program, a 2-year flagship graduate program for young professionals.
Over 4,000 people have already signed up for the regional business case competition from four different markets, including Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Taiwan. Don’t pass up the opportunity to take part in the inaugural edition of the Shopee Ultimate Case Challenge in the Philippines. From August 22 to September 30 you can register at careers.shopee.ph/succ and get your teams ready.
