In the Philippines, Filipinos love coffee which is why we have coffee joints sprouting all over the place especially in Manila. The country is dominated by international coffee brands but I would like to introduce to you about one local brand: Cabin Brewery.
Cabin brewery is inspired by the idea of having a perfect place – away from home, from the bustling city, or from the exhausting workplace – bringing you to a different place where you can just relax, be yourself, and be renewed through a cup of coffee. Cabin Brewery doesn’t have a cafe yet, but this idea is not far from reality. They have a bunch of coffee but they would want the customers to feel the coffee experience. Unlike many coffee chains in the Philippines, this coffee joint is local.
Let’s start with what Cabin Brewery has to offer
Cabin Brewery wants to make people understand the beauty of coffee. They are proud to introduce their signature blend “HILLTOP” It is a mixture of 3 Origins: one local Arabica, and two from Latin America. In just a sip, you will be able to taste a hint of cocoa and roasted nuts, while experiencing a mild sweetness of mixed berries with the citrus flavor of orange in the aftertaste.
Cabin Brewery aims to further serve beautiful experiences. They realized that in most of the special events such as weddings, birthdays, and gatherings, there is a lack of perfect coffee to compliment the memories. So they launched their first MOBIL EXPRESSO BAR aiming to serve great coffee experiences to our customers, and it is now open for reservations.
