I love traveling around the Philippines and trying out different Filipino food. This time, I was at the J & A Fishpen Resort and Restaurant in Camiguin and the place did not disappoint!

It’s a typical Filipino seafood restaurant but they got their own fish pens where they catch their own fish. The fish caught here is fresh and cooked for all the customers. I like this place since it has a great view of the island and the place is surrounded by water!

To sit at the farthest shed, it will cost an additional charge. The advantage of this is that you have a great view of the place. The downside is that you’ll have a hard time catching the attention of the servers since they are so far away

The food can be found anywhere in the Philippines but what I like about this place is the view and its island food. The food is pretty good and I love the service! The people here are so friendly!

I had a great experience since it was one of my first stopovers before the actual event with the Department of Tourism and the rest of the media. I can’t wait to go back!
